The agreement between you and MEHRAL Institute when you enrol in or use any of our courses. Please read it alongside our Refund Policy.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MEHRAL Institute website and your enrolment in any course we offer, including our Quranic Studies department and any future departments listed on our site. By booking a free trial lesson, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
MEHRAL Institute provides live, one-to-one online Islamic education, including Noorani Qaida, Quran with Tajweed, Hifz (memorisation), Tafseer, Arabic Language and Islamic Studies. Lessons are delivered by qualified teachers over video call. Additional departments shown as "Coming Soon" are not yet open for enrolment.
New students begin with a one-week free trial. During this week you may attend lessons, meet your teacher, and decide whether to continue — with no payment required and no obligation to proceed. If you choose to continue after your trial week, you will move onto a paid plan as agreed with our admissions team.
Lesson times are arranged directly with your teacher or our admissions team based on your availability. We ask that you attend lessons on time and give reasonable notice — at least 12 hours where possible — if you need to reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or missed lessons without notice may affect your regular time slot.
Fees for active departments are published on our Admissions and course pages, shown in your local currency where available. Fees for departments marked "Coming Soon" will be announced when those departments open. Payments are processed securely through our listed payment partners; we do not store your card details ourselves.
You may cancel your ongoing lessons at any time by informing your teacher or our admissions team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid — please see our separate Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
We ask every student and family to treat teachers and staff with courtesy and respect, and we hold our teachers to the same standard toward students. MEHRAL Institute reserves the right to pause or end lessons with any student or family whose conduct is abusive, unsafe, or otherwise unreasonable.
Course materials, worksheets, recordings and other resources provided by MEHRAL Institute remain our property or that of our teachers. They are provided for your personal learning use and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without our written permission.
We take care to deliver our courses professionally and reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service — for example, in the case of internet outages or unforeseen circumstances affecting a teacher. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected lessons.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as MEHRAL Institute grows and new departments open. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these terms, please reach out via WhatsApp or through our enquiry form and our team will be happy to help.
